Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders placed with Stacks Society are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be fulfilled the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method. Estimated delivery windows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (select areas only)

Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $90.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary based on destination. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package's progress.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit only, provided they are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • Sale and final clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Bodysuits, underwear, or swimwear (due to hygiene)

Return Authorization Required

To initiate a return, please email info@stackssociety.com with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns or items not in original condition will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.

Original Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, even in the case of returns.

Refunds – Store Credit Only

All approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit. Once we inspect and accept the returned item(s), you’ll receive an email with a digital credit code within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

All exchanges need our approval prior to the exchange of goods. Please reach out to our Customer Support team by emailing info@stackssociety.com within 7 business days from the delivery date of your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll replace the item or provide store credit at no additional cost to you.
